Compressor

Features a two-stage compression system supported by aerodynamic gas bearings, which create a frictionless, oil-free air cushion. This enables the rotor to operate at ultra-high speeds (~30,000–50,000 rpm) without mechanical contact.
Equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) delivering superior efficiency (up to 97–98%) compared to traditional induction motors.
The Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is refrigerant-cooled and comes integrated with a harmonic filter (THDi < 5%) to reduce electrical interference.

Evaporator

Flooded-type heat exchanger design, where refrigerant surrounds the tubes to maximize surface contact and thermal efficiency.
Features a tube-in-tube construction with internal baffle plates for optimal water flow direction.
A patented liquid distributor enhances refrigerant dispersion and improves heat exchange efficiency by 20–30% over conventional shell-and-tube designs.

Condenser

Shell-and-tube type condenser with turbulence-inducing finned tubes to promote internal refrigerant turbulence and enhance heat transfer.
An integrated subcooling chamber increases subcooling levels (refrigerant temperature drop after condensation).
Subcooling > 5°C helps minimize flash gas formation at the expansion valve, improving system efficiency.

Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)

Linear control valve equipped with both pressure and temperature sensors for precise refrigerant flow modulation.

Central Control Panel

Industrial-grade LCD touch screen resistant to EMI, dust, and humidity.
Supports multiple communication protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet IP/MSTP, SNMP, OPC-UA, ensuring seamless BMS/SCADA integration.

The compressor is manufactured by XecaTurbo and comes with a 5-year warranty.
VECK compressors feature a symmetrical impeller design with axial air intake, which effectively eliminates axial thrust, reduces wear, and extends service life.

The compressor has been tested with over 255,000 start/stop cycles, while actual operational needs are estimated at only around 36,500 cycles over 10 years — demonstrating outstanding durability and long-term stability.
